Quantum Leap

Day 11: Molinaseca to Sarria This was a travel day to jump ahead to walk some or the last 100 km (actually 116 km) together before Adrienne leaves on Saturday. I will walk the remainder of the distance Santiago alone.

The emotions of her imminent departure resting in my chest for the moment, but are beginning to rise. There are many encounters and good byes on the Camino.

En route to Sarria we stopped in Ponferrada and visited an amazing Knights of the Templar castle – I’m fascinated and look forward to learning more.

We slept in Sarria having taken a taxi then bus and then another bus to arrive in Sarria.

After walking so much it felt strange to travel at such speeds. And it takes time for the spirit to catch up with the physical body. But today’s 24 km of Camino will help with that. Each step connecting me to Earth, grounding, and once more arriving in me. Om

I have yet to figure out how to properly post photos so for now am just uploading into the post randomly positioned.

Be well,

Xo Ishwari Mo’Starr

    1. Thank you Karen. So many hearts on this walk! And sooo many photographic opportunities. I keep asking myself how many paths and trees and meadows can one pass by and still appreciate the beauty? Hundreds apparently!
